Fee schedule
Transaction fees
- Below €200,000: 9% inc. VAT to be borne by the buyer,
- From €200,000 to €400,000: 7% inc. VAT to be borne by the buyer,
- From €400,000 to €600,000: 6% inc. VAT to be borne by the buyer,
- Above €600,000: 5% inc. VAT to be borne by the buyer.
The percentage of fees is calculated from the net sales price.
Rates for a single service:
In the event of multiple services, fees are based on estimates accepted by the principal.
Delegation of the agency contract:
The fees of the original agency contract are applied.
L’Agence Immobilière du Cap shall not receive or hold any funds, bills or securities other than those representing its remuneration or commission.
Holiday rental fees
The price of the rental includes:
- Fees (to be borne by the tenant): 30% of the owner’s net price,
- Insurance: 2.8% of the owner’s net price
The price of the rental does not include (to be paid later upon arrival):
- Security deposit: 25% of the rental amount,
- Tourist tax: €2.10 per person over 18, per night
Optional services:
- Entry/exit cleaning fees: from €100 to €450,
- Laundry fee (washing of household linen): from €100 to €450
